Eurovision 2019 1. Semi Final – Results and Details (ENG)

As Eurovision fans,our long and exciting wait is over and it is here the day we waited!

We came to the biggest week of the year for Eurovision and we experienced the excitement of Eurovision with First Semi Final at May 14th 2019!

For the show which included exciting competition of 17 countries to qualify with their representatives and songs,we looked forward to results either at Eurovision arena or TV and computers.

Here are the countries that competed at First Semi Final with running order;
1)Cyprus(Tamta – Replay)
2)Montenegro(D moll – Heaven)
3)Finland(Darude feat. Sebastian Rejman – Look Away)
4)Poland(Tulia – Pali Sie)
5)Slovenia(Zala Kralj & Gasper Santl – Sebi)
6)Czech Republic(Lake Malawi – Friend of A Friend)
7)Hungary(Joci Papai – Az En Apam)
8)Belarus(ZENA – Like It)
9)Serbia(Nevena Bozovic – Kruna)
10)Belgium(Eliot – Wake Up)
11)Georgia(Oto Nemsadze – Keep On Going)
12)Australia(Kate Miller-Heidke- Zero Gravity)
13)Iceland(Hatari – Hatrid Mun Sigra)
14)Estonia(Victor Crone – Storm)
15)Portugal(Conan Osiris – Telemóveis)
16)Greece(Katerine Duska – Better Love)
17)San Marino(Serhat – Say Na Na Na)

At the end of the night, 10 countries that will compete in Grand Final announced with the votes of jury and public!

Here are 10 finalists that announced at last night with order they announced;
-Greece (Katerine Duska – Better Love)
-Belarus (ZENA – Like It)
-Serbia (Nevena Bozovic – Kruna)
-Cyprus (Tamta – Replay)
-Estonia (Victor Crone – Storm)
-Czech Republic (Lake Malawi – Friend Of A Friend)
-Australia (Kate Miller-Heidke – Zero Gravity)
-Iceland (Hatari – Hatrið mun sigra)
-San Marino (Serhat – Say Na Na Na)
-Slovenia (Zala Kralj & Gasper Santl – Sebi)

Montenegro,Finland,Poland,Hungary,Belgium,Georgia and Portugal are the countries that couldn’t qualify to Final.

After the countries’ performances, we had a chance to see a part of performances of host country Israel(Kobi Marimi – Home) and France(Bilal Hassani – Roi) and Spain(Miki – La Venda). Their full performances are uploaded on YouTube.

Second Semi Final of 2019 Eurovision will start at Thursday,May 16th 2019 and Grand Final of 2019 Eurovision will start at Saturday,May 18th on 22.00 for Turkey.
